Some good news!

Just had a response from Claire Warwick and she says the layout description can be included as an appendix outwith the work limit. So, I think we're about done if you are both happy with my edit. The contents page will need to be sorted and the appendices added. I think the latter should be a seperate document entirely just to make absolutely clear that it's not part of the report.

In the Customers section perhaps we need to make more of the buyers, not just users?
